Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 8002 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between 8002 and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to adult users only. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. Minors will not be permitted to register or use any services, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
8002 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registering with 8002 requires you to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited. Each individual may operate one account only.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Access must not be shared with anyone else. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account should be reported to 8002 immediately.
- Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
- Accounts may not be sold or transferred to any third party.
- Attempting to exploit system errors or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 8002 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Third-party accounts may not be used — all transactions must be made from the user's own registered payment account.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. 8002 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in cases of suspicious activity or fraud. Withdrawing bonus balances requires meeting specific wagering requirements — the conditions for each offer are stated individually.
8002 reserves the right to correct any account balances or rewards displayed incorrectly due to technical errors. Accounts found to have exploited such errors may be suspended.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the 8002 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized use or copying of the platform's software, algorithms, or data.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or conduct any other activity on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in collusive betting or fraudulent conduct toward other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any hacking activity.
Any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the associated balance. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

The 8002 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 8002 is not liable for any compensation in the event of temporary service interruptions caused by server outages, network issues, or other technical factors. The platform is not responsible for financial losses arising from betting activity — every betting decision is made solely at the user's own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials on the 8002 platform are the intellectual property of 8002. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Content
The 8002 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or services. 8002 is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or security of any third-party content or services. Your dealings with third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
8002 may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Account verification has not been completed.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity.
- Account closure requested by the user.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided it meets the applicable withdrawal conditions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
8002 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
